For the Parents

We welcome any family that is struggling to afford the high costs of back-to-school shopping. If you wouldn’t normally ask for help but need it, please don’t hesitate to come.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE FESTIVAL

School Supplies

We strive to ease the burden of back-to-school shopping by providing essential supplies to students in need. From backpacks and pencils to erasers and paper, we do our best to offer a wide range of items—if you need it, we likely have it!

Please Note: While we strive to provide essential school supplies, we cannot guarantee that every item on your child’s specific supply list will be available. After attending the festival, we encourage you to review your child’s teacher’s supply list—typically available at their school—to determine any additional items you may need to purchase.

If there are required supplies that you are unable to afford and we do not have them readily available, we will collect your information, including your child’s school name, and work to provide these items through your school’s social worker within the first week of classes.

Beneficial Information

Local agencies will be on hand to offer information about beneficial programs and services.

SNACKS

Free snacks will be provided to all students and families.

HAIRCUTS

Sign-up for a haircut upon arrival to get that fresh back-to-school look.

MEDICAL

We will have Free Dental Screening, Free Vision Screening, Free Back to School Immunizations, and Free Middle/High School Physicals.

ACTIVITIES AND FUN!

Information Booths will also host activities for your family to enjoy. Come enjoy festivities and get into the back-to-school spirit!

NOTE: This is a family friendly event, but PLEASE leave your pets at home, unless they are certified service animals.
